Creepy? For your information this was filmed at a far distance and is not a private event. You can go talk to people who filmed him right in his face and yes this is normal in Kpop in case you haven't been to Korea.

Ah it’s normal? Okay, then poor guy. He deserves space and privacy. It’s not even a concert and he can’t even walk to his car without strangers filming him.
