Yea, they get boring n I heard most of them are fake like they setup the couples just to make the show interesting n they split when the show is over...what's the point ? 😒🤷 Don't know if it's true.

Most people thought it was Sandra after season 1. Her character became straight-up Hilarious. It wasn't Mary who was most funniest at all.

The little, elderly lady that was standing next to Mary used to be in a lot of commercials back in the 80s and 90s.

Sitcoms like this could never get any love today, because we're wired differently now. You can blame it all all on reality tv, and the Internet. When I was growing up in the 70's and 80's, they didn't have any of that bs available, so shows like this were all that you got on tv.

Well she luckily Dodged that Bullet and was definitely smiling and laughing later. Mary is so dirty sometimes and just don't know how to mind her own business. *Rose will immediately be Paying Multiple thousand dollar Fines & Repairs* to bring the Building up to Code by a certain deadline. Things she could've taken her time to do. She has now *inherited a huge DEBT that will take years to Clear* and *Rent will have to go up to make up for the Loss.* All thanks to meddling Mary.

There always seemed to be a disconnect between the first several episodes….It starts with Mary hitting a parked car, while episode 6 picks up when Rose inherits the building.. With my favorite line from Sandra.. Apple pie.. We didn't use apple pie…🤣

Even The Jeffersons worked with Rhoda by having their own doorman. Norman at the time was seeing a devil woman named Lyn Davis. A major of the reason why she married him was to corrupt him. She has struggled with delivering social media tributes to him.
