Hello i plug converter into the 220v outlet and plug my battery charger into 110v on the convertor it not work8ng do i need to turn anything on the converter to make the 110v on the converter to work?

Thank you for the video. I have a question. I’m in morocco- 220v. I bought this converter, when I plug the hairdryer into it, the lights come on and go off but the dryer doesn’t turn on at all. Does that mean it’s fried?
