@@TheEggoEffect Oh god, you reminded me of my first time renting the game. My first time around, I was just doing a blind playthrough with almost no help from guides, and as a result, I not only went into the well early, but I ended up exploring the whole damn thing because I didn't realize you could just follow the waterway and grab the Lens of Truth pretty early into it. So many times, I fell into that retched basement. I also had my first run-in with Gibdos there, which I carelessly approached thinking they'd act like they did in the previous games, rather than being converted to a Redead reskin.... though unlike my first encounter with Redeads, at least I didn't die that time (I could chalk that up to having a MUCH higher health gauge by that point, plus I knew by then that they could be shaken off). The sad thing is that, at the time, I wasn't even aiming for Gold Skulltulas, so looking back on it, the whole thing was just one traumatizing waste of time. I'm actually pretty thankful that I got stuck on the Water Temple before my rental period was over, because doing a blind playthrough of the Shadow Temple...... hoo boy, that does not seem pleasant.

"The Hylian Shield is only 80 rupees?" I like how this was back before it was something special. Can we also appreciate that Kaepora Gaebora is there to take you directly to the Castle Town gate if you go to Lake Hylia instead? You get open exploration while still having something to keep new players on track. It's also convenient for early game routing in the randomizer.

And that is why nobody should go to fundamentalist churches; they are pretty much the diet version of a cult. And yes, this is most certainly a fundamentalist dumbsterfire full off complete and utter idiots, because there are two explanations why one would get into trouble because of that fairy: a) She's decent looking (as good as the N64 would allow it anyway) and her legs are visible b) She's a fairy, so it's magic and stuff in Point a) complete stupidity. If one found that fairy incredibly atracktive or anything, he didn't wank off or had sex in over a decade. Which is of course forbidden in those diet cults. Therefore fuck those idiots. And point b) is just incredibly dumb. So dumb, that a same person can't find the words to explain how amazingly dumb that is. Same level dumb as banning harry potter and similar books because of magic in those fantasy books. Which also leads us to: Fuck those idiots.

It's not our fault that he promised part 2 at 1K subs and we're now at 72K subs and still no part 2. I think we're entitled to be angry considering he lied to us. If he just didn't enjoy the game and didn't want to continue, that's fine, I can live with that. But the fact that he assured us he would upload part 2 at 1K subs and now we're at 72 times the amount of subs he asked for, that's just straight up disingenuous. He scammed people into subbing for content they were never going to get

gdawgs101 He has stated himself on stream that he IS or WAS working on getting the vods out, but he was caught up with work so it was going to take time. He’s still a student and has other responsibilities than getting these out. The channel grew exponentially fast since the sub goal and he worked hard to do what the people wanted. Watch the entirety of the “Watching Paint Dry for 10 Hours” video on KZread and you’ll understand what he’s going through. The mental strain he gets from the toxicity in this comment section does NOT help him get it out faster. He never “scammed” us. He’s trying to get it out. He might not, though, after seeing all the toxicity here thanks to entitled people.

@@aruru1677 Dude let's be honest here. I've played through OOT in one day before. He's already several hours into the game, close to halfway through. So let's be generous and say it takes 2 days to play through on stream plus 3 days to edit an upload (again being very generous on the time schedule). I'm currently a student and all of the universities are shut down and moved classes to online only. Everyone is in self-quarentine. He's had plenty of time to get this series finished if he actually wanted to. It's clear he's either bring lazy or just has no intention of finishing the game. Again, that's fine by me. If he doesn't want to record the rest of the playthrough, more power to him. But the fact he made a commitment and incentivized people to subscribe in order to see the second part and then doesn't continue the series is seriously lame to me. I don't want to hear the excuse he's too busy. Nobody is busy right now and he's had 7 months since he promised a continuation of the series. I don't see any valid excuse. If he didn't want to play the rest of the game, he should have been upfront about it and said it. But the fact that he tied in a subscriber incentive with no intention to deliver on his promise is just dishonest. Nobody would be upset or "toxic", how you put it, if he just delivered on the promise he originally made. I get it, life happens. Sometimes stuff gets delayed. I would have no problem if it only took him a couple weeks extra to get out the rest of the playthrough. But the fact that it's been 7 months and not even a word about it is rediculous. Be honest with your intentions. Don't be surprised people are upset when you make promises and don't deliver on them.

gdawgs101 He’s already finished his play through of OOT. He’s been trying to edit it all, but he’s trying to remove all the parts that he didn’t like. He said stuff in the streams that he didn’t want out there. It’s not a matter of finishing the game. Like I said, check out the Watching Paint Dry video on his channel, it sheds a lot of light on the situation he’s dealing with. You can see for yourself his opinions and what he’s dealing with. He hardly even wants to get it out because of people in this comment section.

@@PointCrow oh no!!! I was so excited to watch the rest! Did you finish playing it at least? I hope so. Nothing beat this game for me up until BOTW was released.

This is one of the first Zelda games I’ve ever played second to maybe wind waker growing up, this game means so much to me 😂😂😂 it’s so crazy to see someone playing it for the first time. One of my favorite Zelda games ever out of sentimentality
This reminds me of my childhood learning how to play this game. I love this.
You've played BotW before OOT and that both pains and shocks me XD
Mido was the previous incarnation of Revali, in case that wasn't obvious.
30:15 always loved the hyrule space program :D
I remember cracking out to this every day when I got home from middle school when it first came out. Good times!
Why not a second part? =(

He said in a reply of a more recent comment that he had more planned, he just had some personal issues to work out. Just thought I'd keep you informed.
hey where's part 2?
I enjoyed watching that. Haven't played tOoT in 20 years and it was a lot of fun to see. I'll have to replay it soon.
20:02 I remember my friend letting me play OOT on his DS when he was in that village
