Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

@Joseph Green Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years,

Great video!
I'm in the same space in real estate. While it's important to take risks, those risks should be calculated and not haphazard.

Brother you just gave me the entire blueprint
Education well get you to the destination..
There is no age ( restriction ) to achieving success, a number of individuals related age to success, oh you look to young to be doing that at your age, or your too old to be trying to get into that at your age. We as a society have taken the pill of ageism in the country. You are never too young, you are never too old. As long as you have life and your mental facilities, your door is open for business.
This guy is living the life I dream Of
🔥
I want to just hang out with Bro.
💯💯💪🏾💪🏾
Sounds like this kid is going to be the next Don Peebles.
These past episodes have reinforced the notion that real estate is the most efficient way to a million

Mac Mula Interview ?
Can we talk about the elephant in the room? Almost all of the guests mention their moms, but they never mention their dads. I wish our Blk dads would do better in the fatherhood dept. It's not a good look! Disclaimer: I am not talking about all Blk men, just the deadbeat ones. There are too many of them in our community. But shout out to this young man. He is killin it in real estate.

He’s skipping a lot of steps and he’s saying things like “I partnered with a builder and I already had the land”. At his age he has minimal cash and no collateral. How did he acquire the land if he borrowed the money from then he’s extremely high risk at his age and he has no collateral or capital to start a business like that.
