Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

@Joseph Green Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years,

There is no age ( restriction ) to achieving success, a number of individuals related age to success, oh you look to young to be doing that at your age, or your too old to be trying to get into that at your age. We as a society have taken the pill of ageism in the country. You are never too young, you are never too old. As long as you have life and your mental facilities, your door is open for business.

Can we talk about the elephant in the room? Almost all of the guests mention their moms, but they never mention their dads. I wish our Blk dads would do better in the fatherhood dept. It's not a good look! Disclaimer: I am not talking about all Blk men, just the deadbeat ones. There are too many of them in our community. But shout out to this young man. He is killin it in real estate.
