Good vid. Consider one of the optional overhead mounts--my experience is much better cooling than behind motor (my experience). If you're not in the FB xb4 forum, join, set up sheets showing up and XRay has a big database on their website. Best kits I've ever built too, not even close.

I agree on the shock parts. It would be nice to have a lock nut to hold the piston on. I can also see the other side of the reasoning for keeping the e-clips though. I've seen a few races ruined by locknuts backing off shock shafts. I've never seen an e-clip shock come apart.

Looks like a winner, excellent build! 👍 A bit disappointed with the shocks, though. Also, why didn't you just remove the body mounts, instead of trimming them? Keep up the great work!

Shock pistons on parts trees and c-clips inside the shocks? On literally the most expensive 4WD kit out there(especially considering option parts cost a fortune)? Ouch, thanks for the heads up.
