Get insurance if you ship with pandabuy, if it gets seized you get ypur money back. It is very rare for packages to get seized

Not when you ship them out. But you need to ship them with a special shipping line that accepts batteries, EUB-T, HKUPS-T, EUROPE TARIFFLESS LINE - B. But if you travel with them you need to contact the airline to tell them that you have batteries in the shoes. 😀
