Chechi nenga paranjathu okka chaithu panjachara maathiram kurachu ittu 21 days innu open chaithu kozhapam onnu illa pakshey colour kittila kaippu munottu nikkenu chechi kudikamo?kurachu panjachara mix chaithu kudichu noki nanayttu undu Valla kuzhapam undo chchi?

Do not leave space on top of the jar or bottle while keeping wine for long. It will get oxidised and turn sour. So never keep a half bottle for prolonged use. Finish an opened bottle in a few days. Though very shining the banana wine showed in this video is not a sparkling wine. Sparkling wines are just another catagory, gone through second fermentation and have become fizzy, like champagne.
