Mission of the Day 15!!!
Today's motto: “I accept myself and give myself permission for my thoughts, feelings and expressiveness in terms of abundance. Thank you!”
Today's task:
Make a list of things that you have pending to be done.
Things that you wanted to do but left for later because you prioritized other things or even because you were worried about hurting others.
The idea behind this list is to ask for forgiveness for not having done it and allow yourself to receive it.
✳ Example:
I, [whole name], forgive myself completely and lovingly for not having done or finished my degree.
I, [whole name], forgive myself completely and lovingly for not showing my insecurities.
Write however many phrases as you want, there is no limit!
Wishing you all a magical day of recognition of the cosmic dance we are all part of and of alignment with it!

Same issue! I’m not going to keep watching the KZread videos on your channel. I’ll listen to the the recording. I don’t understand why you let ads be in the middle of the meditation. You DO have the option to have them or not and where.

This is great besides the scary commercial scary me out towards end...is this a distraction test to going back in quickly. Suggestion is makes us watch commercial before going I to meditation

There is an advertisement during the meditation. My recommendation is to find a different video to use for meditation.

I love it and thank you ❤ but wouldn't it be better to put add in the beginning or end or even while he's explaining- and not in the middle of meditation 😄

You're absolutely right. But it's not us, it's KZread. We don't even monetize the channel. 😐
It's lovely to follow this but disturbing to have ads placed in between.

Go to the last ad, play it through... Then go back to the beginning of the video. The ads will disappear.

If you skip to the end at the beginning, and then move it back to the start, it usually removes the commercial :)

Download the audio from snap tube app or there are websites available which converts to mp3

Having ads right in the middle of a meditation defeats te whole purpose of it
Damn shame about that ad in the middle of it all.
Awful to have ads interrupting the meditation. You may want to program them at the end or after the reflection, instead of the middle. Of meditation.
