Namaste Spandana Garu, This is not the diet plan that exactly matches the paid program. కానీ, this plan also works well, and many aspects that we teach in the paid program are available as free videos on our channel, whereas in paid program Purnima garu and the buddies are available all through the twelve weeks, to clear the doubts and there are 4 different plans in the 12 week online version program.
