Agar aap premix se banate ho to 25 - 30 min enough hai aur agar scratch se to 30-40 min se zyada na bake karen

4 pound means 2kg approx. So u can use 9 inch and 7 inch cake tin for more height ya 10 inch and 8 inch tins for lesser height...and these combination is for 2 tier k...for 3 tier, u can use 8 inch 6 inch and 4 inch cake tins for baking...k
