This is the all new Lamborghini Urus SE. Since 2014, the Lamborghini Urus has been Lamborghini’s first and only SUV, but now, the Urus is facing a new and refreshed generation for 2025 with a plug-in hybrid model called the Urus SE. This is also Lamborghini’s first electrified Lamborghini SUV until the Lanzador comes out at an estimated release year of 2028.
Now, let’s talk about the performance this new SUV comes with. Being that this is a plug in hybrid with a 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8, the combination of the engine and 189 hp electric motor will give you a total output of 700 to 800 hp, with the engine producing 612 hp on its own. It will have over 701 lb-ft, which is 74 lb-ft pounds more than the last generation Urus. It can do 0-100 km/h in 3-4 seconds, just like the last generation.
Now, let’s talk about the interior. It comes with similar parts just like the last generation Urus including the Urus steering wheel, but with a different dashboard layout and a slightly different infotainment, especially for the driver’s display.
Regarding the exterior, you might not see that much differences on the back of the car compared to the last generation, but you get more significant changes in this model Urus. You get new headlights with a new headlight shape that Lamborghini has never came up with before. You will also get similar body lines just like the last Urus.
Now, let’s talk about pricing. The new Urus SE will start at $258,000 CAD ($188,734 USD). This super SUV is slated for deliveries in early 2025.
