The fifth generation KIA Optima is badged as the K5 worldwide. Its overall design is similar to that of the Sonata, with a fastback-like profile, a trend that began in the 1940s. The K5 facelift was revealed on 25 October 2023 in South Korea, and at the 2024 Chicago Auto Show for the 2025 model year in North America. Under the hood, is a 4-cylinder turbo 1.6-liter engine producing 180 hp and 195 lb⋅ft of torque and the GT receiving a high-performance 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 286 hp and 311 lb⋅ft of torque. All-wheel drive is newly available on some trim levels

US version will only have 2 engines, 2.5L 191HP and 2.5T 290HP

‘not yet’ or ‘not’? Can you pls tell me how the American ver is different from this? (im not American but going to immigrate to in 2025)

@@dtrinhnga lot is different with the American version. The basic seats on the GT line is black and white standard. There's no shift dial, the 1.6l turbo is gone and replaced by a 2.0l NA engine.

then you can satisfied with the Us since 1.6turbo is not very good compared to US ver. The exterior is same, just no ambient light 😂 Kia wants to mess with American 😂
