I know someone says Holden is dead but I would love to dream and say yes I would love to buy a Holden Tarana it looks very nice sleek and I still love driving sedans and hatchbacks so I would love to see the brand Holden come back to Australia

@@johngurney1069 well no it wouldn't be made anywhere because it's gone. Yes I know it was general motors Holden but the brand Holden still exists and is licenced to general motors. So unless a Chinese company buys the brand name, it won't be called Holden. Holden is dead like Pontiac and Oldsmobile. This is clickbait and there's no point talking about Holden. Holden still exists to supply parts and support with staff still located in Australia

"Staying true to the classic Torana silouette", I just about spat out my coffee.

In watching this I saw at least two different vehicles, a badge that says TOANA and a number plate that said TORINA, not to mention that all the vehicle shots that showed the windscreen were left hand dive vehicles.

There is no Holden anymore, it was all wound up years ago. Was this an April Fools joke?

Who cares, who's going to sell it in Australia, we dont have Holden dealers anymore.

Holden does not exist except as a supplier of legacy parts & servicing . There is no marketing,Sales or Engineering organisation. Moreover General Motors has made it quite clear the will not build any Right Hand Drive cars .This is just so wrong .

my holden dealer at Caboolture Qld still has the Holden sign out the front..still plenty of Holdens' to service but none for sale..my 26 yo VT still running strong thanks to 3.8 litre V6 engine and solid GM transmission.

Holden no more, and if anything, that would be a Commodore. Torana would likely be a 3-door sports hatchback if released.
