But it's unofficial solution, my iPhone works, but it not recognizing SIM card and not showing notifications from closed apps (all in settings is set correctly), so by me the best way is unblock iPhone by this software and then factory reset it to have original iOS.

I think it's MUCH easier to accomplish this on an iPhone 4S .. iOS 9.3.6 definitely has a method to bypass iCloud locked devices, (iCloud locked activation bypass, fully factory new wiped fresh device after finishing the process)
