We brought together our Calgary and Medicine Hat team for an unforgettable staff retreat at Camp Kindle, a local non-profit camp in which every dollar generated goes directly to serving Alberta children and families affected by cancer.
From thrilling adventures to insightful presentations, this retreat had it all! Through activities such as high ropes, zip lining, escape room, nature hike, archery, and arts and crafts, our staff enjoyed new experiences, supported each other, and faced their fears together! Along with a couple of insightful presentations - The Heart of Collaboration: Building a Team Culture That Thrives by Ally Stone and Boundaries: Creating, Upholding, Releasing and Upholding by Avnish Mehta - our staff had a chance to learn valuable team-building skills and reflected on our commitment to serving seniors in our community through Unison for Generations 50+.
