2024 Triumph TF250X TEST

Спорт

#dirtbike #offroad #racing
Dirt Bike Magazine was invited to Gatorback Cycle Park in Gainesville, Florida to test the ALL NEW Triumph TF250X. This bike is completely different than the other motocross models on the market. No its not a copy or a replica from another manufacturer. This is 5 years in the making and Triumph is all in on offroad motorcycles moving forward. See what we had to say after our first day of testing in Florida. We can't wait to get a test bike back in California to try more settings and give you more feedback on the website. Stay Tuned!

Everything I've heard so far on this bike has been positive, which is great. Over time it will get tweaked, aftermarket will jump on and it'll be even more of a contender. It sounds like Triumph took the best from each manufacturer and made a bike. Good thing they didn't take Suzuki's kick starter 😁

Why does it sound so choppy? It sounds like there's something wrong with the fuel injection system. Either that or the rev limiter is set too low. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lol ya the moto gp 2 strokes were monsters power wise..But that's one unrideable hp for most any one but sand Drags and ice racing. Two...It would have a nasty peaky hit unlike a 450 flat torque curve. There is a reason the cr 500 was detuned after 85.. the power delivery is completely different for road bikes. They are ported for high rpm wich means you have to give up power everywere else. Even with a power valve essentially giving you 2 different rpm ranges by altering exaust port hight or compression.. or dual power valves even. And 3 you wouldn't be able to get that kinda rpm out of big bore single cylinder 2 stroke.. even fully balanced.. unfortunately this is simply a case of you don't know how much you don't know. A 125 is Not a big bore! And your hp numbers are incorrect for that motor. And it makes less torque than a yz 125 as a trade off for its hp numbers..infact it is kinda just a revision of old road racing technology. Everything about that motor is just decades old technology revised.

@@dormantmenace Modern day technology is built by people with 120-140 IQ tops and the 2 stroke engine people maybe don't even get to that level. Bear in mind that nobody knows the limits of human intelligence and that imagination IS the key to evolution. There are ways to get monster low end torque from a 2 stroke engine AND high rpm power it's just that industrial produtcs are made for even lower IQ people. In sum, if they are buying...

It's not 1965 anymore. Triumph have been one of the most reliable bikes for a decade. Their moto2 engine is setting records in power and reliability. The kommunist kove is junk. It's easier to build a bike when you don't have to follow any of the rules as far as trademark, copyright and intellectual property and they still make junk.

@@stephenlnoe- The kove dakar bike is a dog…it’s been detuned for reliability to give it the best shot of finishing dakar. A bike designed by them for performance is not going to automatically have the same reliability. The reliability of either bike you’re referring to is total speculation at this point.
