I ordered mine the same day it was announced in the US. My estimate was May 18-June1 as of last week. On Sunday it got changed to July 3rd - August 7th. If you order new today from Tesla’s website it says delivery in June. Very strange.

A week in and they’re still white.. I’ll include closeups in my impressions video!

This is the exact experience that I had. Ordered long range on Feb, they delayed delayed, till the performance came out. I switched to the performance model as soon as that was announced on the app, and then they scheduled a delivery on 5/24. But then they pushed it saying “firmware update”, but they told it was something to do with the “bucket” seats.

I love it.. of all the people that have taken a ride w me they are all super impressed with everything about the car

EPA Range has posted to US Site! 303 miles. I believe the Tesla estimate was 296, so enjoy your extra 7 miles! I'm going to continue to enjoy my 2018 AWD w/ Performance Boost. Love your model though!

Nothing to roast here, nice upload. I don't think anyone would even know this is your first one. You may be at the head of the line too because of the white interior which normally is the opposite. I just say that based on the ones I have seen on the delivery trucks have all had white ones. Mine is Stealth gray like yours with black interior, edd 5-25 to 6-27. thanks for posting

I placed my order on April 26th in Fort Lauderdale for Black/Black in my app originally. It said late May or early June, and now it says July 20th to August. I've heard that the black seats will take longer than the white, but I ordered it 3 days after they announced it. I'm hoping it will come sooner because my old lease is up in July

@@dra250 I found out on Tuesday. It’s deflating when you get all excited and get the carpet pulled out from under your feet with no transparency or explanation. If I just knew I would be all right with it. Making it all a mystery just seems a little non sensical. Anyway first world problems I guess. My M3P order Black on Black was scheduled for May 28th - June 12th. A day or 2 ago I checked the app again and now it states July 12th - Aug 23. Weird thing is that the website shows any new M3P order would be delivered in June. Something seems off.

I’m happy for you after so many delays in your LR that you got your M3P early but for me it’s BS that I ordered mine 4/23/24 at 9AM and still have no definitive delivery and in the past 24 hours the range has moved out one month. I know I’ll get it but I’ve been waiting for this car for well over a year before I placed my order. Tesla logistics suck! I’m long term investor and believe in the products but this needs to be improved.

Congrats me personally I would love to know where the exact speaker sizes and placement are because I would be upgrading the speakers them selves and soundeading it even more for even better sound performance than the stock could offer like on my 22 performance yeah I know they made it better but as all audio files know stock stuff stinks they cut corners on quality speakers to get the price when it's sellable

@@user-zf1ol7op7y 2023 traps 117mph in the 1/4. 2024 is slightly faster to 60 but then its quite a bit faster after that since it has a new rear motor. I think low 120s but we'll see once someone finally uses dragy or takes it to the strip.

@@WalmartCustomer-dk1bj the lotus evija gets 1,900+hp out of 80kwhs, the gac aion hyper ssr gets 1,274 hp out of 75kwhs. The same pack in the tesla model S lr making 600+hp also powers the 1,020hp plaid ms SMH. I think the battery won't be the main limiting factor, it's the motors limiting it hence why it has the new rear 4d3 du at 406hp alone in it! I bet consumer reviews and info soon will confirm it's around 600 or more hp with a warm battery on a mild day. 😎

@@4literv6 It's not the size of the battery pack that is the issue. The current battery pack is limiting the new motors due to its lower discharge capacity, which restricts the power delivery. The existing pack cannot support the higher power demands of the new motors. Upgrading to a battery pack with higher energy density and discharge rates is necessary to fully utilize the capabilities of the new motors. I suspect we will see a Plaid or Ludicrous model 3 in 2-3 years.

I like this video so much! It’s illicit. I am so on the 2024 M3P hype train, it’s disgusting. I loved the pace of this video and savored every split second. My delivery date was just pushed back a bit this morning. A little heartbreaking but I’ve been following along and wasn’t too surprised. And cruelly, this happened on the first day of my previous delivery window’s first day. Can’t wait for your next video! I ordered same spec and with some nice tints, this car will look sharp.
