Almost clocked 40k in odo on my V-Strome SX in 18 months ..... In my view, the following is needed in the upcoming models. 1. Greater suspension travel (Absolutely needed) 2. Improvement in Brake (Absolutely needed) 3. Better quality chain which will last longer. 4. DRL integrated with the headlight to save battery. 5. Height adjustable seat. 6. Dual Horn. 7. Negative display in the speedometer (as the bright white light of the speedometer reduces the visibility at night). 8. Better mirror. 9. Hazard light. 10. Upgrade the crappy navigation system (should bring a navigation system that can support Android-auto or Google Map direction).

Your all points are right. We need all these upgrades in V-strom 250 sx. We need (1) Sleeper clutch and (2) Traction control also

For me Updates 1) Suspension 150 mm + travel in front & back USD at front 2) Hazard and All Led Lights 3) Offroad Foot pegs and brake leaver 4) Offroad abs and traction control 5) 15 litre + Tank 6) TFT display 7) type C port 8) up swept exhaust 9) Centre stand 10) Bash plate

I have stuck with stock version barring led indicator and hazard light install. Listing only things you didn't include - Bigger windshield, wider foot pegs for pillion, better app. I prefer using the app/console itself for navigation than sticking the phone out.

Even in Honda sp 160 , hazard switch is available.

Some seat height lowering options, than existing low seat. Seat height around 790 . With sharing of parts price should have been below 2L. Above 2L unnecessary increases on road pricing due to taxation above 2L ex showroom price. Lowering the price by just 14k can make a difference of around 20 to 25 k onroad

i think suzuki should first focus on the basics,such as support:who among here have ever reached out to suzuki via toll free number during trouble times and got sorted out?they havent fixed thier navigation console till date even though its shared across the platform.coming to upgrade question IMO i think suzuki can work on projector headlights or a better head lights and dampning of vibes and a better gear box.ill side with falcon riders on the center stand point .i reckon suzuki can make the iteration more accessory friendly starting from saddles stays etc

I take test drive of Vstorm 250 I was very impressed of the engine refinement but it has some negative point at this price point missing of center stand hazard lights and I think the price should be less than 20 to 30k

Jb bhi mai apni v strom ko wash krvane le jata hu ... washerman hr bar bolta h ki sir centre stand pr lga do bike ... mujhe bolna pdta h ki nhi h...fir vo extra 20 Rs leta h washing ke...kyuki usko jada work krna pdta h..wash krne ke liye...so centre stand is must in adventure bikes.

bhai i have the same v strom 250 i bought it 2 weeks ago after watching your vlogs . the prob is whenever i apply sudden break i feel that weird vibration/jitter in the break paddle in bothe front and rear break. Is this normal ? does it happen to your bike as well?

yea but is it suppose to happen at low speeds as well??? I used to ride a CBR 250R ABS since 2011 -2023 i never faced this at low speeds. @@FalconRiders

We all are day dreamers here 😅 I dont think suzuki will upgrade this bike ever. Even if they do in future the cost will increase hence the other options will feel much more viable.

Hi FalconRider, is there an upgrade coming in 2024. I wanted to buy this bike when it was launched, but a few things kept me away. Some of them you mentioned, no center stand, odd looking exhaust, the front suspension travel. The service quality of Suzuki is questionable as well. I have owned a Suzuki Fiero for 24 years, one of the first few in Bangalore. Its such a gem even after so many years and over a 100,000 KM's. Just did a 150 KM ride over the weekend. Thanks for a timely video...

I Totally agree with all your upgrade points Sir, but after launching the new Hero Mavrick 440 @ 1.99 Lakh, I wish Suzuki definitely need to cut the price of Vstrom 250SX.......I think it's a bit overpriced @2.14 Lakh to me at present situation........

Sir, upgrade to nx500. Seems its weight balance is too good and makes t feel like a 150 kg bike aling with the extra torque and power and other things. Mann mujhe bhi but abhi aukaat se bahar hai

I think they should upgrade all three 250 to a newer more powerful platform, say 300cc. That way they can compete with triumph speed 400 and cb 300r. And would cater to a much wider audience. Suzuki is way too lazy to do anything tho, just like yamaha.
