@@PatrickandMappette really depends on your own level, and your mother tongue! Some languages have difficulties to pronounce dutch at the beginning, so this part "spreken" is a challenge for them. Some other people have reall issue with lezen

Yes focus on the first two part of reading, which they are about pronunciations. And for last part answer even if u don't know cause maybe accidentally its correct and financial use use English knowledge in the texts too! If u don't know a word try to see if its similar to an English word or not. A lot of time your Guests are correct

Thanks for making this video . It’s very helpful in preparing for speaking test. I am having a doubt about answering the question in speaking test . Do we need to just record few word answer (“Niet Lekker “, “Goed” ) or do we need to record whole sentence ( “Ik vind dat niet lekker “ , “Ik voel me Goed” ) with answer in the exam ?

Hello, its "dutch V" actually, but dutch V is very close to English F. A lot of times you hear it like F, and for biginners you can simply say f too. but a "dutch ear" will clearly see the difference.

I am Dutch native and have lived there for decades. I have done, for fun, the "inburgerings exam" a few years ago. And really, I can't imagine with imbe*** made this exam. Those questions. Horrible, horrible. I failed. And I failed terribly. Left the Netherlands in 2008 and haven't been there since 2013. Hopefully, all of you have a better experience with Native Dutch than I, as Native Dutch have.

Hey, in the exam definition DUO announced for A1 exam, one or two words is enough.more than that its nice ofcourse but usually for A1 it increases chance of making little mistakes, which they can score whole answer as a wrong answer . I recommend taking it easy considering you have stress there:)

@@dutchresidency dank je wel, I had reached before it also. But here says logical sentences , so I was mixed, logical sentences will be together with photos. But it is ok, because we have called Duo and they gave us answer like u .

my husband failed the reading and speaking part unfortunately :( he will do the exam again. Are the example questions in your video the exact questions thats being asked during the exam? and if we memorize this is learning from the book required or not? he will take the test in India. خسته نباشید برای این قسمت توی امتحان، فقط جواب رو بگیم کافیه یا باید کل جمله رو از اول بخونیم؟ و اینکه این منابعی که گفته شده حتما از همین ها توی امتحان میاد؟ یه ماه دیگه امتحان دارم و یکم استرس گرفتم یه سوال دیگه هم دارم، وقتی امتحان دادیم و تموم شد واسه گرفتن ویزا دوباره باید برم سفارت هلند توی تهران مصاحبه بدم یا دیگه نیاز نیست؟

But at here, we see patat, why we answer as rijst ? Thıs photo says me you should say patat. Rijst is why correct? So I see different thıng, I answer dıfferent. Why?

Because in the exam picture maybe rijst! I can not limit the answers to these sample pictures here. And DUO mentioned the answer should be correct in the sentence,they don't care about pictures

The words are all correct possible answers. In the exam its just blank

Het is vrijwel altijd hetzelfde, maar uiteraard kan DUO het altijd wijzigen.
