A stylish sedan or a practical estate
The new Superb is available in two body styles. The liftback comes with 645 litres of luggage space, which rises to an impressive 690 litres in the estate. With the rear seats folded down, the estate’s boot can accommodate a load of some 1,920 litres.
The Laurin & Klement version is the top of the range. The leather interior is available in a choice of two colours, the ergonomic seats are ventilated and have a massage function, and the premium Canton Sound System can transform the inside of the car into a concert hall. These are just some of the features offered by this exclusive version.
The car’s sleek and eye-catching look is accentuated by second-generation Matrix LED headlights. In the Superb, they include a new blue detail, automatically mask off illuminated road users, and provide additional cornering lighting and poor-weather lighting.
The new DCC+ adaptive chassis adapts the suspension more quickly and offers a wider range of damping responses. Driver and passengers will notice the difference when they experience improved driving dynamics and greater comfort.
The intuitive multifunction Smart Dials make it easy to control the air-conditioning, seat heating/ventilation, volume, driving modes and other selected vehicle functions. The automatic transmission’s gear selector has been relocated to the steering column so that it is nearer to the steering wheel. This has made the centre console more spacious and uncluttered.
The new Superb comes with a host of new and improved driver-assistance systems. For example, they can help drivers to negotiate junctions safely or assist them when sudden evasive action is required. When they reach their destination, the Superb takes control and parks itself.
