The rear lights are. But you will need front turn signals, a horn a tag mount with a light along with mirrors.

@@cookiescrib3854 ?... I purchased a new segway ut 10 p from Kevin at Kingsport last Friday and still don't have my machine. He suppose to have delivered it a few times and I still don't have it. And now I see the machine is in a promo for him...That why with my comment. I can tell it's my machine due to the damage on the hood, plus it's the only one they had in stock. Plus Kevin's demo has a windshield in his...SMH. whatever!.
