It all comes down to our o-line. If they can actually protect Geno, then we'll have a good year. If they can't, then the bottom might fall completely out, and we only win a handful of games. If the o-line can just be a little better than last year, maybe just middle of the pack 14th-16th, I think we'll have a decent year! We have too much talent on the offensive side of the ball to not be successful, but like I said, it starts with protecting Geno! GO SEAHAWKS!!! 💙 💚 🦅 🏈

I think the o line will be the best it’s been in recent memory, ironically i think we’ll also be running the most screens we ever have.

I think Howell will get at least one game to show something. Either due to a minor injury or because we are out of the playoffs/locked into a spot.
Your numbers are fair to the players. Not sure about the system though. Penix got the ball out very quickly at Washington. 1st read, 2nd read, get rid of it. That won't work in the NFL. However, the one positive of that system is it keeps the sacks down. I could see Seattle QBs not getting sacked a lot despite our o-line. I'm sure Grubb will modify his offense too and make it more NFL-suitable.
As a QB in his 30s, I hope he's not getting hit that much, but yeah - seems like a pretty safe prediction

i actually think last year was exactly where we were supposed to be. i think we drastically overachieved in 2022 and should have been a 5-6 win team. but also, you gotta remember how beaten up our o-line was. who knows what it will be like this year, but we probably could have won another game or two if our o-line didn't fall apart last year and that win would have gotten us into the playoffs

I think Geno could get 30+ TDS (almost 2/game) and 8 INTs (about 1 every 2 games). Go Hawks

I expect the offense to be a little better personally just because I expect the defense to improve. More stops+ takeaways = more opportunities to score.
Howell will be fun to watch in preseason.
