Donnie’s guns were inspired from some 80’s bootleg turtle art. Think from Mexico
Donatello’s guns are based off of the Mexican bootleg “Little Pluckies Ninja Protects” (a video about it has been made by Phelan Porteous)
I think Don's guns are based on Little Plucky Ninja Protects.
And his rocket back pack was actually from the cartoon & yes it was for sewer swimming & leo piloted it & shot at rocksteady
