Porsche is preparing for the launch of its new 2024 Cayenne. Prototypes and pre-production vehicles are undergoing extensive endurance and off road tests to meet Porsche's high quality standards. The Cayenne has been upgraded with new powertrain, chassis, design, equipment, and connectivity features. The new model will have a semi-active chassis, a digital display and operating concept, and innovative lighting technology. The Cayenne is undergoing comprehensive testing, including real-life testing in various climate zones and over four million test kilometers. The aim is to ensure operational stability and functionality of all components and systems, and to show that the Porsche can withstand high loads on any surface.

There really is no substitute. Yet another reason why I'm such a Porsche enthusiast. This brand is truly in a league of its own. Once you've driven a Porsche, you don't want to drive anything else.

Remember seeing a video where merc & bmw failed miserably during off-road not because of their dynamics but due to overheating of transmission, i wonder how tf bmw managed to overheat the 8-zf and stop functioning for a while, in contrary to a rangerover & audi Q8 which cleared the obstacles with ease, considering similiar architecture with audi & dynamics of porsche the Cayenne is a no brainer in premium full size SUVs if you aren't into rangerovers.

There is not single scene of an "Extreme Off-Road" driving to see, all off-road shown can be easily done with a Fiat Panda 4x4! 😇

You don’t need 4x4. 2nd gen pana with fwd would drive it easily.

@@flacjacket spoken like a guy whos never owned a good bmw or merc or porsche. Dont say you do and make up stories now 😂 everyone knows the B58 and the ZF8 is bullet proof, the G05 bmw x5 40i has been super reliable I dont wanna hear how you owned made up bmws either.

@@azmi0000 Correct I believe. From what I've seen, gas Cayennes have better value. If you want diesel, I think Q7 is the better bang for your buck.

Tires make the biggest difference and the engineers nailed it. I only wish they did the r*dneck test of mud bogging in mud tires

The Cayenne has great potential, but the suspension is not configured correctly, there is not enough ground clearance and worse there seems to be virtually no wheel articulation

Ground clearance is 200mm in standard right height, this can be lifted up to 250mm
Nice cars, but too low for ‘extreme’ off-roading. I know. I own one.
Please make music softer. Want to the talking and the cars.
I'd rather go with a Land Cruiser or a Lexus LX600
Title says "extreme off road". Where? Dirt road / track is all there is.
I meant, it would be just small change from previous Cayenne.. why the heck are they pretending to release some whole new model ???

It is a rather large Facelift, not just some new bumpers. Other OEMs would say it's a new model
Great that they went to the end of the world, tested -30c, power slides, mud ditches, sand dunes. Soccer moms with kids will have a great time taking this to the supermarket, and reversing from a parking bay next to schools. 👍thanks Porsche!
Very important, because everybody knows that Cayenne owners all take their Cayenne off-road. Besides, if you don't want to get high-centered on a pebble, start by making it 6 inches higher.

With the air suspension in its highest setting my Cayenne has .5" more ground clearance than a Wrangler Rubicon.

I am taking all my cars to off-road (sand, mountain hills, frozen wood roads and many more). And yes, I am looking forward to feel the adventure in my bract Cayenne too.

@@azmi0000 on roads cars drive , what about the destroyed road that it will be challenge , so ukranian roads are destroyed if they test ther new cars they will show to the customers car lovers the real valible price of the car .
