You should try panning the Lorac ones next year. They pan quickly

Those Mac mini mascaras took me about a month each to work through. I’d knock those out first. 🙂

Yes! I was thinking the same. 😊 There’s not a lot of product in those tiny mini’s. It would really help to get the numbers down and give Paula a point for her ‘bank’.

If you haven't decided yet on the next mascara to use up, why don't you tackle the small Mac ones. I bet you could use those up - maybe even put them in your Advent Calendar PP if you have space!

Could you use any of the cream shades from your 9 pan palettes for setting your under eye area to potentially move that palette down to the 8 pans.

I think I saw a pan in the dark purple shade in the TF palette

Agreed! It definitely looked like there was baby pan in the Razzle Dazzle Berry palette

Your collection is gorgeous, although just watching it makes me anxious. You have around 3752 eyeshadows whereas I’m down to 97 so our collections are very different, I love that you’ve found a way to get use from every palette through no pan left behind and you’ve clearly got your purchasing totally under control which is amazing!

You can power through those mini MAC mascaras! With daily-ish use, I had a few but each got used up within 5-6 weeks.

Looks at all those new pans!! A good challenge would be to pan the face products in one of your multis... perhaps the one you already have pan in... so it swaps out of your multi inventory and into your normal eyeshadow inventory?

would you ever consider "if i ever decluttered" (just for pretend... for the video ) as an aftermath series of your inventory videos, like a follow up with the pics - or if they were laid all out again in the same categories - and what you could declutter if you had to. (which you dont - just for pretend for us weirdos)? lol would you ever consider?

Love that you move palettes down categories! Maybe look in your 9pan category for the quantity info and try and finish the smallest shadow for that to move it into 8pan? I think you have hit pan in the PMG shadow! Does that mally beauty 11 pan palette have cream contour in? Could be one to target for pan in every palette as well as to use up a cream product? What is it about the UD formula that you're not keen on? Are those face powders in the desert oasis palette? The ones above the highlighters? Maybe those could eventually roll into pan in every palette too? The multi palettes are a great boon for pan in every palette! It's really nice hearing what you've been working on! Maybe the makeup items you haven't ever used can be gradually rolled into project ten uses?

The BH Carly Bybel palette is super easy to hit pan on. It could be a good pick for pan in every palette.

So something I've taken away from your collection videos is that, one you bought allot of makeup at one point in time, which i did the same, and two it takes forever to make a dent in a big collection. My problem is i used to think buying bigger palettes made more sense, but now i have 300 blue and green eyeshadows and i don't wear blue and green eyeshadow. You've got some really quality products tho and i think they're beautiful. Thank for sharing. I've never took photos i appreciate the work you've put into these videos.

The shade Corona in the Kristen Leanne palette is one of my favorites of all time.

I love your inventory! I've been looking for it since December! Maybe you should focus on increase your pan % and not trying to finish for a year or two. After, you could go back and finish a few of your preferred shade. This would put less pressure on your self and make your collection look more used. Also, you will reach your goal more easily.

I think the PMG mothership shade might already have lots of pan if it’s the baked formula which is baked into a white plastic grid?!

Hi Paula mascara is an item that expires once opened very quickly. It is because it’s a breeding ground for bacteria - dark, moist and used on the lashes. The advice is to discard after three months and six months should be the absolute max to use it, so if the It cosmetics has been on the go a year then it’s done. Also the formula is only designed to be used for a short period and it dries out quickly causing it to flake, smudge or just be very thick. I am prone to eye infections due to rosacea and dry eye, so I use mine eight weeks for a mini and twelve weeks max for a full size (if I get an eye infection then it hits the bin immediately even if opened a day ago). I really urge you not to keep them open a long time as eyes are really delicate and we only get the one set. Powder products keep a very long time and are far less of a concern. Best wishes x
