I have 2 questions. Is there a major difference between these and the 2023 variant? Also, I have heard from multiple sources that the TW pros wear somewhat easily. Is this a flaw in the skis or something that is common in all park skis?

There are no differences structurally between the 23 and the 24. I've only heard of one instance of the TW Pro succumbing to wear, so I don't think this is a wholesale issue. Skis like the K2 Poacher are more known for their durability, but the TW Pro seems no less durable than average/most.

Is the TWP one of the best park skis or is one of the Armada ARV, Faction Prodigys, Völkl Revolt or Atomic Bent better? I'm very unsure but I would lean towards the twp and prodigy 1. If I were to theoretically take the twp, which binding setting would be the best (2+?). Thanks

The Line has the most direct park influence as it is a pro model. If you're looking for pure park performance, I'd lean that way. The closer to center you get, the more you're emphasizing that park balance.

What are the key differences between the Tom Wallisch Pro and the Volkl Revolt 86s? I understand one of the ski's waist is a bit skinnier but I am asking what performance differences do they have? Which one is more flexible? I am stuck between the two. I am looking for a dedicated park ski and I already own the revolt 95. I plan to use the 95s for the deeper snow days so I am going to get the wallish pro or revolt 86s to use in park and when it is icy.

The TW Pro is more flexible and amenable to creative and surfy park skiing. The Revolt 86 has a good amount of camber, so it's poppier and more energetic while the TW Pro is easier to manipulate.

I like the Chronic 94 because it's a great off-piste ski as well as having good park performance.

Can I take the TW pros anywhere else such as groomers or through some glades or is it specifically only park

Sure! The added symmetry of the ski makes it excel in the park from a balance standpoint but it does just fine in all-mountain format.

What size should i pick for these? i'm 5'8" 140lbs and currently ski 164, should i size up?

I think it's okay to size up to the 171 on this ski based on your stats, especially if you feel the 164 that you're on leaves a bit of performance on the table.

I have a question, what are the lightest and best park skis?

  • @SkiEssentials

If you're looking for a park-specific ski and are seeking light weight, I'd look to the Armada ARV 88, Faction Prodigy 1, Volkl Revolt 86, or the Elan Playmaker 91.
