Besides the LFA, I truly believe the LC500 is the pinnacle for pinnacle. If you’ve ever sat in one and test drove it, you’d know what I mean. It is a bit slow compared to the competition, but 0-60’s and 1/4 miles is not what the LC is for. It’s a monster of a GT car - one of those that you crush hundreds of miles in WHILE in comfort. I want one SO bad.

I’ve drove it was not impressed at all I was way more excited and impressed with the 2024 mustangs gt and dark horse and gt’s but the Lexus is a good buy for someone

My dream car. Luxury, performance, RELIABILITY and ungodly exhaust! Not much else a man can truly ask for. Lexus NAILED it with the LC500.

This engine makes these cars of the last truly special vehicles on the market

This is one of those cars that will appreciate not depreciate … absolutely beautiful

@@eitanrappIt’s not about being fast… This isn’t a track car, it’s about comfort and quality (with the addition of a fantastic engine note).

What really bothers me is how nearly everyone who's actually driven this car absolutely talks about how incredible it is, yet thousands of internet idiots will write it off because they don't want to admit how good it is. It makes cars like the Mercedes SL53 obsolete, which is arguably an inferior car in every aspect yet costs $65k more. People are going to regret not buying this car soon

@@Somethingsomethinglol 2017 - 2018 or maybe even later models have sealing issues, google lc500 wind noise/whistling noise / rubber seal issues, not fixable under warranty, rubber replacement is like 1-2k, so far i've driven ~80k miles, new gearbox (warranty), other issues, hopefully can post review next month

I have a 2018 I got recently, traded in my 2020 supra for it, I love every bit of it... I dont even mind the old infotainment because it looks more integrated, but the tech in this new one is great.

@@bluecrimson6841 supra is a great car for the money, truly. I was just over it because I'm not into the modding scene as much and has a much younger crowd to it, this isn't a big deal it's just not for me. Decided to get an LC because I really like cara that you don't see often... Makes it that much cooler. Also it's just super comfortable, very well built, a piece of art, just not that fast (not slow either). If you really want speed get the supra or C8.. if you want an unreal experience in a car, where you don't need speed, the LC is for you.

@@Chrischin99 thanks for the response! Yeah I’m not too much into modding either. Maybe just aesthetic stuff like different wheels or spoilers but that is about it. And nice, makes me want the LC500 more, hopefully I find a good deal on it soon

8:02 I actually really like the chrome! It depends on the car’s color, I think chrome looks great on a red LC. The chrome on a red LC is GORGEOUS. They offer a darker smoked chrome that I think works on lighter colors like silver and white.

I have a 2022 black caviar with black interior with dynamic pac . My personal opinion is I don’t like the touch pad as it gets finger prints all over and looks like it was just stuck there ? The original glass across the whole dash is classy

There is no doubt in my mind that you are the king of this particular car and videos. Mine arrives around Christmas.

My favourite colour is blue, but I never really liked the Blue Mica of this car. It is starting to grow on me now and I find it beautiful. The white interior is a great colour contrast with the blue. It is a stunning car. 🔥🔥🔥

I had a '21 in the Nightfall Blue Mica, now I have a '24 in the Ultrasonic Blue. It is worlds better. The dark blue was amazing in perfect light and too dark in all other light. The new blue is amazing in most light. I took photos of my two cars about 20 seconds apart in the same light, the difference is huge. If you haven't seen one yet, google for "lc500 ultrasonic blue". Enjoy 🙂

@@wyw201Fr, my Camry’s infotainment is ancient, but it’s got Bluetooth, I hook my phone up, put my music on and I forget about it. In my Integra I don’t even have a working radio, not because I can’t fix it but because I don’t care enough to fix it, I don’t drive that car to listen to music or do anything else but drive the car.

Here’s the deal, this car is fun beautiful relatively affordable, when comparing it to its competitors. But to me the best attribute with this car is the cost of ownership. It is a “fraction” compared to its competitors. Dependability is the hallmark of the Lexus brand, and this car is no exception. Smart money purchase in my opinion. Unless you’re a fan of extravagant initial cost, maintenance, and repairs. 😂

It’s a beautiful car and has a great exhaust note. I’m surprised that it’s not quicker to 60, but it probably doesn’t matter to most buyers.

Love the opening sequence, Ian looks good in a Lexus. But I'm just wondering where they've hidden the passenger side steering wheel (as apparently there are controls for it according to Mike). But would you be proud to drive a Lexus before you are entitled to your Seniors discount?

The only issue I have with the LC500 is that I just can't decide which color way I'll get. This car looks good in just about all options.

Lexus does everything perfect If you take price, value and reliability into consideration; its the best car brand in the world!!

Can't wait to swap my RCF for one of these in the coming months. Same engine but an entirely different experience. The LC's comfort is near flawless and even more so when you replace the stock runflat tires. I've driven the BMW M850i and LC. The M850i is a Turbo AWD V8 that's heavier and a bit quicker. Nonetheless, for a NA V8 the LC has the perfect balance of performance and luxury at a decent price point.

I hope they never stop selling the lC 500 because I want this in my garage but unfortunately, i have to wait till I graduate nursing school.

This is one of the cars in which I would light up a Cohiba cigar, with the top down, in the fall, on a winding road, overlooking the city skyline.

This car would have been so awesome in 2001. 4.95s 0-60 is as fast as a Toyota Camry these days

I test drove one today. So slow. The screaming V8 sound just didn’t match up to the lackluster performance

Lexus should make a halo special edition. Zen edition or rising sun series or something. Tuned for another 100hp and a manual trans with an aero kit and it will be the $150k car everyone will die for.

With you on the chrome, it sucks, very Cadillac as you said.That's the one place I'd have black, or carbon. This is my aspirational second car.

I had an SC, and I'm mad I sold it. I'll pick up an LC

All the car reviewers complained about the track pad which was so good that once you get used to it you actually prefer it to the touch screen rubbish. If I were Lexus I'd increase resolution but keep the track pad

most people expected this to be the LFA replacement, certainly was not. While it cannot come close to a SL or AMG GT it does however, feel more like a E or S coupe competitor.

This would look better as a Targa.

I don't really like this creator, but I had to watch this video for the LC.
