The Kia K9 or Kia K900 in the United States and Canada is a full-size flagship luxury sedan from KIA, now in its second generation facelift model. two engine available a 3.3L Turbo V6 with 370 PS (365 hp) and 3.8L N/A V6 with 315 PS (311 hp) the 5.0L V8 has been dropped since this facelift model.

It was a sales dud from 2019-2021. Remember the US is an SUV buyer and sedans aren’t selling

This is better than Lexus, Mercedes and other luxury class vehicles! I had a ride of my friend's K9 sitting at the back in Korea, it was exceptional, comfy, quiet and stable!

Unfortunately, the 5.0 V8 has been dropped since this facelift model come in.

They did sell the K900 (as it was named in US/Canada). First generation was sold from 2015-2018 w/a V8. Second generation was sold in US from 2019-2020 w/a turbocharged V6 giving it 365hp\376 lb ft of torque (same engine as in the Kia Stinger). I am happy to say that I own one of the 390 sold in US in 2019. Doug DeMuro said that it was the best luxury car no one had heard of. I love it and other than minor changes (front/rear end, etc) it is the same car as pictured here. Kia/Hyundai decided to go with Genesis only as their premium car/brand.

Look I can't take this shit any longer. You can spend your money any way you choose but the actual facts show Korean car's are nowhere near the Japanese cars period. The Korean car's are still having major engine and transmission failures the shit hasn't stopped it's been widespread for yrs. Honda and Toyota products have never had this much crucial failures for extended periods ever. You don't actually save any money on the Korean brands either. I wanted to like them I really did they look great but just can't compare. Been in lexus and Acura since 92 I'm sorry guy's. I love LG but not the cars
