Congratulations!! I am considering it as an upgrade from my current Hornet 2.0. How is the riding comfort for long rides (500KM)? I have done 400+ kms/day trips many times and am looking for something more powerful and want to avoid the wind blast. I mostly drive on highways and mildly bad roads sometimes.

0:35 Bikewale keeps shut when R3 is sold. But they dont want Ninja 300 on sale ? Talk about bias lol... Both are 300cc twin cylinders...yet the Ninja gets the flak. Apart from features, the Ninja 300 doesn't lag behind on anything. Its a fantastic sports tourer, has a giant fuel tank and admirable fuel economy, commendable top speed and reasonably tractable in city and u save atleast 1.3 lakhs over and above the R3. What more u want ? Srsly

Kawasaki at least sells most of its international line up in India unlike the other Japanese bikes. However it's the Indian government taxes which is the problem. They don't want to take the risk in a difficult market like India. There are other bigger markets where they can spend their money

@@Originalrebelosho The taxation laws are to protect the Indian OEMs. Cause without them, Japanese and European OEMs will flood the Indian motorcycle market with so many good products that Indian companies will lose their market share. @@pinakisutar4814 Err India has BS6 OBD 2 norms which are among the most strict in the world. So yes India has very very strict norms which has caused many bikes to be dead without an update. In fact the NX500 is not available in India because of emission norms issues. The Ninja 500 isn't a bike that is going to sell well in India so it makes no sense to launch the higher end version as well. Might as well get the much more powerful Ninja 650 instead of the Ninja 500 SE variant which is almost a lakh more expensive than the normal variant.
