Hoping Kali gets a little early access to Eiyuden Chronicle for all the good press he's generating 👀 excited for both Suikoden and Hundred Heroes, they rose to my number 3 and 4 slots as far as most anticipated 2024 games.

I can't find any information about when Suikoden Remaster: I & II Gate Rune & Dunan Unification Wars will be released, but apparently a guy from Greece has a handful of Switch, PS4, and XBox copies on eBay. It said the estimated shipping date is between late February and early March. On Wikipedia it said that it was originally going to be released worldwide but it's looking like right now, we're just getting a Pal version (European/Asian) with English subtitles. I will happily update with another comment if I receive a copy in the mail or not by early March! Fortunately PS4 and Switch games are region free! I don't know if Xbox games are region free. I ordered a Switch copy of the game.

Kal, man am i glad to find your channel. I came very, VERY close to launching a Gaming channel when Eiyuden was announced but it conflicted too much with my channel i already have now (not this one, obv). And the REASON im so excited to find you is i am a little in shock that the hype for this game isnt actually MORE than what it is. Not that there is no hype, but ive been in the crowd that has been literally PRAYING for Suikoden 6 for a decade and a half because i love the series THAT much and now that we have eiyuden which, to be real, is everything we couldve wanted from S6 and THEN some, it seems like the reaction from every other youtuber AND every commenter is like "Oh cool man. Another Suikoden. Tight." And i suddenly find myself like, "What happened to this huge community that claimed to be wishing day in and day out with me for this game. Now its just any other game to be a little pumped about???? To me this is my most anticipated game of ALL TIME. And EVERY SINGLE TIME i see a new video i get way more hype because its very clear they took everything we love about this series and ramped it up to an 11. Oh, War Mode? Here, take cinematic movie-like war scenes where you can see each individual fighting in the war. Build your own castle? How about a whole town. Minigames? Take a bunch more. The graphics look exactly like if Suikoden 2 was made today AKA absolutely perfect. This isnt even a game release for me, its a life event, lol. Im so excited man. And even just now i went into the Discord and saw a quick video of the MC running around an ice town, getting frozen into a block and sliding down onto a different platform and im not positive but the way the character was moving and interacting with the environment was a little reminicent of sea of stars to me, meaning (im not sure but it LOOKS like...) you can interact with your environment way more than a traditional JRPG. Jumps, Climb, Swim... Are these all possible? At the very least that video points towards interactivity and is VERY cool. Because Suikoden has always been my favorite series of all time but ive always said it was lacking in the puzzle department. If they manage to throw some puzzle dungeons on top of everything in the Suikoden formula im going to absolutely lose my S*** lol! Its just like how GOOD can a game look?!?! Anyway i am so so happy that we are getting this game and Sui 1 n 2 HD. I really, rrally hope this sells gangbusters and leads to a multi game Eiyuden series and numerous more Suikodens! One day ill make my channel explaining how Suikoden REVOLUTIONIZED the RPG formula and then got ZERO credit for it.

Happy New Year I stick with my guns on this, I hope Eiyuden does well and Continues, as RnB wants to do, the devs and Yoshitaka Murayama talked about continuing to build upon the world they started. With sequels, expansion and sidestories along with side games ie: like Rising. I hope Suikoden sells well and resurges interest into the series. Konami, gets the heads out of the butts and makes a Suikoden 6 proper sequel (Proper: meaning an actual sequel to Suikoden 3 not a prequel or side game). Especially with the popular 2.5D style is perfect for Suikoden. In a perfect world, since Konami doesnt want Yoshitaka Murayama to have the IP he built and wont let him use anything even for Easter Eggs (He asked too lol). But maybe they would outsource to RnB and let them continue the series along with their own IP. If both do well(I know wishful thinking) ............Oh Konami stop being greedy and mean and vindictive........... Note: This was stated a long time ago by the man himself in discord (Yoshitaka Murayama). He not holding a grudge to Konami. He actually working with the 2 HD Remaster Directors (Apparently they all good friends) on Suikoden 1 and 2 behind the scenes free of charge due fact he still considers it his baby. - but that was said a while ago.

MY FAVOURITE IS SUIKODEN 2. I PLAY IT EITHER ON MY PSX OR PS2. PERHAPS YOU COULD PICK UP A 2ND HAND PSX OR PS2 ONLINE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. GOOD LUCK. I THINK WAS SUIKODEN 5 I BOUGHT AND PLAYED, I DIDNT LIKE THE DUELS MUCH. I THINK THATS WHAT YOU CALL IT. THERE WAS A PLACE IN SUIKODEN 5 WHERE I COULDNT FIND ANY SAVE POINTS FOR HALF HOUR INTO THE SECTION WHERE I WAS THEN I HAD TO FIGHT IN A DUEL AND LOST. I GAVE UP ON IT AFTER THAT. SAVE POINTS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT IN THESE GAMES, THERE NEEDS TO BE PLENTY OF THEM. BETTER STILL IF YOU CAN JUST SAVE ANY TIME FROM THE MENU.

Just your coverage alone has me hyped for these games

IM 72 YEARS OLD THIS YEAR. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING VIDEO GAMES SINCE I WAS 16, ALMOST 17. BACK THEN IT WAS JUST A BAT AND ALL CONSOLE WHICH HOOKED UP TO THE OLD BLACK AND WHITE TV. BACK THEN IT WAS A LOT OF FUN BUT NOW IT MAY SEEM BORING COMPARED TO THE GAMES WE HAVE NOW.

Can’t wait for Eyuiden to come out…and after it does, as a Suikoden fan, I don’t wanna hear its attachment any further. I hope that Eiyuden will be able to STAND on its own, because it is its own brand. I will always love Suiko, but we do need to be careful with constantly attaching Suiko over Eyuiden.

This is fair, I can agree with this! I will say though, that it is apart of it's story so sometimes it will be hard not to mention it's origin. However, it can create its own legacy separate of that from Suikoden, but it being associated with Suikoden I don't think is a bad thing. I can see it from both sides though!

For me, it's the year of Granblue Fantasy Relink and Dragon's Dogma 2. Relink's gone gold btw so it's definitely not getting delayed.

@@kali-qgames1301 Eiyuden is a wait and see for me. I didn't like any images they had when they started the Kickstarter. What I've seen so far looks better, but I need to see it in action. I've only played 3 games in the Suikoden series and only loved two of them so the director name didn't hold away over me like IGA with Bloodstained. I don't like Wild Arms or Shadow Hearts so the Kickstarter from those two series creators didn't interest me either.

I ORDERED SUIIKODEN 2 RE MAKE. AS FOR ME I LIKE A GAME WHERE THE CHARACTERS LOOK GOOD, I LIKE PLENTY OF COLOUR IN A GAME, PLENTY OF SAVE POINTS AND WRITING THAT IS LARGE FOR MY EYES. THESE THINGS ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. I ALSO LIKE A GAME WHERE YOU CAN EXIIT OUT OF A DUNGEON.

I never imagined Suikoden would even have a year. I'll take it tho. I and II still hold up to a ridiculous degree. Can't wait to see what EC has in store too... Fingers crossed it isn't a Mighty No 9.

I wouldnt put much faith in Konami... they only announced the remake of Suikoden after Eyuden proved there was a demand for it.

Happy and irritated at the same time. The game was not very popular, and certain discs were near impossible to find when I found it in middle school. Searched for or better termed sought-after demo discs and a disc that allowed 3 characters needed to finish. As people coveted or stole rare/limited US game releases from rental stores and demo/sample discs from magazines and mail. That and game disc and ingame supplies, and this case characters gained huge value as MMOs hit the market. The pattern of saves, memory cards needed, and play time required( due to error restarts). This and the idea that I had a S Master Console from the 80s with lame 3D glasses and an eeriely similar control that had a better load /fail ratio than my PS. LOL... I Do remember more about the game series than (+)200(-) people in my school. SMC, in reference to the electronic or person=Simple Mastictistic Cunt it works for both. The SMC attachments and games I had till the 2000s. I gave to a hospital for others could be Bored and Confused in the debating room. As Extraterrestrial The Game killed for hope for any future in video gaming advancement.
