The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 is powered by 399cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 42.9 bhp and a torque of 39 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Svartpilen 401 bike weighs 171.2 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters. The Svartpilen 401 is the latest motorcycle from the Swedish bikemaker for the Indian market. It is a scrambler bike and has an off-road-ready design. Husqvarna has equipped the Svartpilen 401 with a round LED headlight with a ring-like LED DRL on the periphery. Compared to the older model that was on sale in the international market, the new model’s side panels have been redone. It also gets an ornamental front visor. The side-mounted exhaust has been replaced with a new underbelly setup, similar to the KTM 390 Duke. Even the single-side mounted tyre hugger has made way for a proper tail setup. The 2024 Svartpilen 401 uses a new trellis frame, borrowed from the KTM Duke. The 2024 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 gets a 398.6cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine and it makes 46bhp at 9,000rpm and 39Nm at 7,000rpm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox and gets a bi-directional quickshifter. The new Husqvarna 401 gets a ride-by-wire, traction control, Supermoto ABS and other features including a five-inch TFT with optional smartphone connectivity, and a type-C charging port. Husqvarna has equipped the Svartpilen 401 with adjustable WP Apex USD front forks and an adjustable WP Apex monoshock. The braking setup includes a 320mm front and a 240mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS. These brakes are mounted on 17-inch spoke wheels wrapped in 110/70 front and 150/60 rear Pirelli block pattern tyres. The Svartpilen 401 gets a 13.5-litre fuel tank and it tips the scale at 171.2kg. The asking price for the 2024 Svartpilen 401 is Rs. 2,92,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and it rivals the Yezdi Scrambler and Royal Enfield Scram 411.

Was a very relaxing to watch packed with all the technical & rideability details for anybody wanting a near real experience. Too good. But wanted to know about the change in riding position, by either increasing handle bar height with raisers or swapping it with old haldle bar. This looks a bit commited and don't know if it can be taken for long rides.
Very informative review. Would have loved more off-road footage though. Keep going! ♥️

Hi, i own the older svartpilen. How's the new one compared to the older one in terms of comfort. I tour alot on my svartpilen and i take it on tough off road trails. I'm looking for a upgrade. So is this a better choice? Its either this or scrambler x

At the time of bike launch Husqvarna said they will launch this bike with pirelli tyres at a price of 3.50 on road but now they offer Apollo tyre with same 3.50 on road price so i want to know according to you is it still worthy bike to buy at a price of 3.50L on road...?

I have these tyres on Duke390 and they are amazing. But this husky doesn’t look as comfortable as 250.
