Bought my wife the 2024 CRV September 2023 and drove it a few time and seemed to really like it. Mind you im a CHEVY man til death. Was driving a 2019 High Country. Drove into a Honda Dealership on New Year's Eve and traded my truck on this exact vehicle and color. Haven't regretted at this moment! Absolutely love my vehicle and the choice that i made. This vehicle gives me all that i need and some in a mid size SUV. I love the sleek look that it has and handles very well in the snow. Again im very please as well as my wife with our purchases!!!!

I like the smaller sunroof or would like to not have a sunroof at all. It’s not something I’d use often and it’s just another thing that has the potential to break.

Love it and the ventilated seats are a must! Wish the roof rails were on this trim level but now I'm just being picky. Thanks very much for this one!

Am thinking seriously of a CRV EXL non-hybrid. Your review makes the car sound great. However, I listen to audiobooks all the time and I don't have a smart phone. Can you put MP3 files in a thumb drive and stick them into a USB connector? Better yet, is there an auxiliary output?

My 2024 EXL has a panorama sunroof with the half open moonroof as a perk. I only wish it had heated steering wheel though and a bigger infotainment system

I was not aware that they do not add a disk player. When I converted my disk to MP# flash drive. I still did not hear any music.

I would like to know if the EXL has right turn signal camera. Like when we take the right turn the camera shows what on the left on the screen

I just purchased one and I doesn’t have it.

I appreciate that the seats fold flat (5:15) but is that at the cost of the step-up in height? I'd almost rather just have the usual not quite flat scenario if it would get rid of the obvious height difference between the cargo area and the folded seats.

I had a 2014 CR-V and the back seats folded down nice and flat AND did not have the huge hump between cargo and the seat backs. I don't know why Honda changed that setup to be much worse over the years. And now there is no lever to pull from the back area to get the seats down! What the ....

Where is the Homelink, to program my garage door? I have a brand new 2024 Black EX L, it is not on the mirror, it is not anywhere, HELP!

I never use my sunroof. Maybe it’s just too hot in S.C. In the summer.

MSRP is almost 5k more than the 22 and seems pretty cheap as far as interior. Same engine as 5th gens it's just tuned a little. Still gonna have injector issues and too much fuel in oil as well.

It's a great vehicle and great price

Tom, honest question: why do vehicles these days (actually for a while now) have speedometers with a max mph higher than terminal velocity if shoved out of an airplane? Kidding aside, wouldn't it be easier to read your speed if they chose a top MPH of, say, 100? In Honda's favor, at least the top speed marking isn't 160 mph, lol.

LOL It is more for show than anything else. Some people will get in an see 160 MPH on the speedometer and will be more interested in the vehicle. I guess you could say it is the psychology of selling cars.

I just don't understand why there is such a hump in the load floor when you lay the back seats down. For years this car has had a nice fairly level load floor, making it easy to shove something all the way in from the back, now you may need 2 people to get something in: one to lift the item over the hump, the other push the item from the back. C'mon Honda, you could have done better on this.

You can slide anything all the way over, the hump is not a hump that stops things to a buck. There's more elevation in the back seat

Why on earth, when the car is full LED, you get light bulb on the back, for turning signals....simply WHY? Other than that, a big big difference from the previous model.

It would be nice for the crv to have front and back heated seats

Not needed here in Orlando. Lol. Although I do use my heated seats for my bad back. Also not necessary in Florida is AWD.

The EXL has an option for sunroof and gray interior in some colors its a very limited selection which I dont understand at all

If you like this model, I recommend the front-wheel drive model. The one with all-wheel drive cannot pass even a small bump in off road . This 4x4 version SUV is just marketing. In off road or snow it is a total failure. Honda CRV 2023 -2024 👎🏻

I was shopping for an CRV EX L in 20. Price was $26500. Price now put me out of the buying mood. Car manufacturer are really screwing Americans.

I had always bought Chevy and Ford throughout the years. But we decided to buy a 2022 HONDA CRV. I’ll say this, Honda is definitely a better riding vehicle than Ford or Chevy. I’ve been looking at trading in for a 2024 CRV HYBRID, but Honda has raised their prices too much. With interest rates high, I’m not buying right now. My current loan is @ 3.5%.

What about bank interest rates in 2023? 8% interest on a brand new car, no way! The interest is 12,350 $ the amount you pay the bank on top of the price of the car when you buy a base model Honda c-rv without 4x4. Calculate bank interest for your favorite model. What do you think!? I for one cannot accept such a thing from the banks. I am no longer interested in buying a new car.
