spoiler soo's composition in game 1 looks suspect to me he was going for mass ling/bane which is a burst composition, but then supplementing it with small amounts of lurker/ultra/hydra rather than leaning more heavily on spellcasters like infestor/viper which can do way more to augment a ling/bane attack

12k in the bank yet makes zero static defenses? I guess buying 12 drones; then replacing 15 drones is cheaper than 2 spines? Just painful watching endless small run byes racking up so much damage.

I find most pros just refuse to deviate from their metas. They never build static D, they never take more gas geysers than they need late game despite the fact that they have the excess drones and income to afford it.

Running with the thors and hellbats in most of those fights seems to be a mistake. They aren't fast enough to get away, and you want them to tank for everything else.

Hellbats wreck hydras if they can close the distance with em tbh, you just don't see it often bc players typically just stutter step away

Biggest throw in GSL.

Brood Lords literally never win any matches so why do the Zerg keep doing that? Why not 5 - 6 Swarm Hosts instead?

Bio Terran can just retreat away from Swarm Hosts and they're not as effective at breaking positions due to the slow cooldown, they're just way too situational. Dark used em very well vs Stats this season but he was down by a lot and they were viable just due to it being Amphion and the spot they were shooting from was behind the still intact mineral wall. They're good for killing infrastructure but not army, unless it's a slow mech army and you have a metric shitload of em

It’s a different tournament from two weeks ago. If you care that much then it’s on you to finish watching that before coming here instead of expecting everyone else to keep quiet indefinitely.

I'm not exactly certain why you consider yourself the arbiter of spoilers and viewing order, but I'm sure there are others who have started GSL before DH and not had time to watch an entire second tournament yet. Do you wear a sheriff badge about town? Just curious.
