This woman is part of EBU's filming crew. They told her to keep filming even if he mentioned many times not to film him after leaving the podium. At the end of his song he is very emotional as he remembers his parents death and unfortunately the EBU feels to be more important then the personal emotions of the participants.

At that moment, Joost repeatedly indicated that he did not want to be filmed. This wasn’t respected. This led to a threatening movement from Joost towards the camera. This is really a disgrace; after asking multiple times to the camera woman to not film him during that time she just kept on filming and he made a move towards the camera that was all: he did not touch her at all, boycot the Eurovision 2024
