2024 Elections | Zuma not eligible to go to parliament
The Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution says it welcomes the constitutional court ruling, that MK Party leader, and former President Jacob Zuma, is not eligible for election to parliament in the upcoming elections, later this month.
Yesterday, Zuma was disqualified from contesting the upcoming election as a National Assembly candidate.
The Constitutional Court clarified Section 47(1)(E) of the Constitution, as the IEC requested.
Zuma, however, remains the face of the uMkhonto weSizwe Party on the ballot paper.

Agree ,This ruling will favor the MK because the more the anc attack Zuma the more the MK voters will vote for ZUMA and that we will see when the MK out power the anc on the 29 of may 2024.
