ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula says the ANC is the only party since 1994 that has been consistent in delivering on its promises to the citizens of South Africa.
Mbalula addressed party members in his hometown of Botshabelo in the Free State, where he promised that the ruling party would open industries for job creation and eradicate bucket toilets. Botshabelo has been frequented by various parties to woo voters ahead of the elections.
