The owners manual says 87 octane is OK to use, but 91 is for optimal performance.

I just got mine two days ago

Sharp looking vehicle. Wish the Hornet emblem had some yellow on it to look like a real hornet. With that engine I bet that Hornet will just buzz along. Noticed a little Hornet figure on the end of the dash when the driver's door was open, cool. Horn button should be a red Hornet. Don't like the Fix-a-Flat system at all. Seems to drive and handle very well. You are not having to put much input into the steering wheel. The price of around $50,000 dollars puts this vehicle on par with others in this class.
