I waited 18 months for my 21. Well worth the wait!!

This is the best Corvette Chevy has ever built, and waiting to buy the car for 40 years, believe me I know. Leach Wilson Chevy in Shelbyville IL is selling me, my build of the car a C8 3LZ Z06 with the Z07 package for MSRP. Aaron is my sales rep and he, as well as the rest of the sales reps, have been awesome. They are selling my build at MSRP, and as soon as I get it I will post it on line. These guys need to be commended for being so honest, and willing to work with the customer. They are way better than any other dealer I've dealt with. Most of the dealers are out for themselves, its not that they aren't making enough money but they want to gouge for more. I had one dealer try to sell me a used Z06 that didn't have the Z07 package for over $ 210K??? Golf Mill was the worst they told me they didn't want my build that they would order what they wanted and auction it off to the highest bidder. These guys need to be boycotted.

Kool that is a lot of rides that one can choose from.

Rick, while we didn't get to do business together I want to thank you and Chuck for all that you do. I watch all of your videos, and have learned alot, and thanks to your videos I opted for the NCM delivery, and picked up my C8 on Nov. 15th. It was exactly 2 months from order to delivery on my 2024 fully loaded C8. You and Chuck have a great Thanksgiving, and I'll watch tomorrow nights video.

I just wanted to comment if you guys are on the fence about working with Rick, don’t be. He is the best!!! He has four beautiful brand new C8’s available right now. Over two years ago I jumped on the opportunity to purchase a new Stingray Coupe when it became available. A video just like this one here started the whole process for myself. I had absolutely no regrets. With a little flexibility It put me into a C8 immediately. As Rick would say I stopped dreaming and started driving. Rick is beyond passionate about this car and being a car guy you want to do business with that guy. The quality of service you will receive is a cut above the rest. Rick knows these cars better than anyone and he will pass the knowledge to you. That is why he is a sales specialist when it comes to Corvette. These are a big purchase and I know I felt beyond good who I did my business with. I can honestly say Rick is not only my salesman I would consider him a friend. Thanks Rick, I am lucky to have 2024 Z06 at 3200 status. I have nothing bad to say about my dealer but I have learned more form your videos and your enthusiasm then any place else. You seem to make the corvette but buying experience great in a stressful time. You truly help us live the dream !!

When theses c8’s came out in 2020, I really liked them, before I saw one in person, now that I see them more often, I am not really that crazy about the look, too much rear end, maybe shrink the trunk, I have no need for golf clubs.

Unfortunately, when General Motors started out with a stingray for$ 59 thousand since the beginning, I think General Motors has pushed a lot of people out of the market by continually raising the price and it’s really too bad because the dealers are going to suffer because soon there will be cars meaning the Corvette will be all over the lots with nobody able to buy them because they’re over priced. i’m sure the cars that you just showed us were ordered by somebody and when they came in decided or figured out that they could not afford them.

In my opinion, not everyone deserves a corvette. They are priced for those with the opportunity who have earned it. Sorry but there are plenty of Honda and Toyota’s to chose from

​@@gregmiranda6691Deserves isn't a great word. But GM is a company, they should/will sell this vehicle for as much as they possibly can. Despite many YT comments arguing "facts" they can't possibly have knowledge about, it seems unlikely GM is able to make any profit off a 60k C8. Just look at prices of other cars on the market... a 230hp Mazda 3 is 40k with a Torson Beam rear suspension. And if you're trying to find something with similar performance/features, please let me know what you're looking at. And then tell me why or how that car should also be 60k.

The cars aren't overpriced. Every single one will sell for exactly the correct price - whether that is 20k over MSRP, or 20k under. That's how capitalism works. And people are lining up and putting in orders for these cars daily, even with the interest rates. Look at the comments. You're right that those cars were ordered and walked away from, but in a normal market a dealership has multiple cars on the lot that you can purchase that day. Base c8's aren't getting the insane markup they once were, but they are still selling for over sticker used. TL;Dr I don't see a situation where GM can't sell these

@@jimdshea in my opinion, ( Deserves ) is the perfect word. I mean, do you work at Walmart, or do you have a skill where you are not living paycheck to paycheck and you put money away every paycheck or into an investment, instead of partying it away. I bought a 2022 C8 convertible, that I waited a year and a half for. I sacrificed a little saving and invested my money for a reason. So I don’t what else you call it.

I can remember when the average joe could afford a Corvette. It's sad that they can't anymore. I bought my first Corvette in the 60's when the working man could afford one. I have loved Corvettes for a long time, but I can't afford them today. Today they are for the rich. Very sad. The base corvette is $70,000 plus $6,000 sales tax. Out of my price range.

No problem. Just saw that you showed it and was hoping it was available. As far as the “selling at MSRP” question. Not a dig. It’s a free market economy last I checked and the market dictates the price, however the Z06s are so few and far between they may as well be made of Un-obtanium.
