All the female medal winners at the 2024 BRICS Games gymnastic competition.
Russian gymnast Leyla Vasilyeva won 3 medals: gold at the all around event, silver on uneven bars and on floor. Her compatriot Anna Kalmykova also won 3 medals: gold on vault and on floor, and silver at the all around.

Brazil and China did send their respective delegations but not in every sports. In the medal standings, China is ranked 3rd and Brazil is 5th.
The games are very entertaining well organized , professionally filmed and fairly judged . Good job BRICS nations.
The music seemed to be mocking the gymnasts. Why?

Melnikova still the leader for Russia, but I wonder when she may decide to retire. She's a World AA champion and an Olympic champion. She's accomplished a lot.

No, this competition has been a thing for several years now. They're "replacing" the Olympics with Russian cup
The good thing about Russia not competing in Paris is that no one would have to suffer a mental breakdown from losing in the quals and team final.

@@wkim22Yes, very upset that the DUTCH did not win the TF. I am prepared to be quite bitter again as once again it will take something quite extraordinary for them to win but even then not sure it would do them any good. Yes, very bitter indeed particularly since in addition to the fact that they have little to no chance of winning the TF, I wont get to see Eythora's exquisite form on floor or anywhere else for that matter.
