Nice bike, but it's not swaying me from the 2022 S1000XR with the M package. It has plenty of power. I've never thought, 'Man, I wish this had 200 hp.'

I’m still not sure why they didn’t make an option for hard luggage on this one. I kind of think they missed a facet that would make this a lot more versatile.

I’ve owned 3 x XR’s & have ordered the new M-XR Competition. It’s great to hear that vibrations have been reduced in this newer model. Here’s hoping.

Kinda a little bit of a bummer that this model M XR can only carry soft luggage for being the most badass sport tourer coming on the market. 🤷‍♂️

Standard M1000XR comes in white and is £5k cheaper. Can only get it in black if you order the competition pack which is carbon wheels and other carbon/billet bling bits. Reckon those carbon wheels would last 2 minutes with all the potholes we have here!!

My sport tourer test: Rolling acceleration in 4th gear from 40 mph till 120 mph. Winner is the tourer motor I want. Max Horsepower at 14,500 RPMs barely matters.

I would pick the MTV4 (Not RS) anytime between the XR and MTv4

Hope this guys means 138 KM of travel which is like 85 miles dude said 138 mm of travel which would only be 8 miles smh

@@davidavetisian8421 From what I found online, apparently he lost control of his motorcycle on a curve, on a wet road and collided with an oncoming car and then died during the transport to the hospital. Very sad, he seemed like a down to earth and good person from what I saw of him on KZread. RIP
