I see this is a gasoline 503i model and I see it has the same interactive light bar ( blue light in the video) as in the electric version or in the 7 series. When I look on the BMW page configurator page for diesel/ gasoline I see for interior different look of the interactive light bar, not this style, not this beautiful but less beautiful. How is this possible to choose this interactive light bar style for diesel/gasoline engine types?

You noticed the same thing with me. Yep, in a comparison vid (i’ll link in next comment) the reviewer pointed out that the lightning bar is a bit different between the i5/540i/m60 and the normal combustion drive train like 520i/520d/530i. In higher trims (B58 engine and i5/m60) the lightbar is like crystalized bar, also harzard blinkings are also different with these two type of lightbars. Some people find the simpler bar in lower trims (B48) more interestings, me too. So if you would like to to have the same light bar as shown in this 530i, you should look into 520i,530i and 520d, just any trim with 4cyl gas or dsel would have that.

This changed for November 2023 build onward. The same crystal light bar will be in all models from then on. Prior to was just the double light strips.

As F10,E60 owner I think the new Gen 5 series looks awful inside out, It is a terrible design for the beloved BMW classic sport sedan !!

Respectfully, I disagree it’s beautiful. Everyone said the same thing about the E60 when it came out after the E39. Now the E60 is considered one of the best 5 series and it’s aged extremely well. These designers see things you don’t realize decades into the future. Especially at BMW

눈 코 입이 아무리봐도 1,2시리즈 생각이 난단말이지..

There is some deep seated psychology that designers know about us - that we eventually get to accept and then to like their design language eventually. I didn’t like the ‘ Beaver teeth ‘ look of the 4 series initially but I have to accept that look and started to like it a bit now - ( I agree that some shapes do fail ) I still believe the 2007 Lexus IS one of the most beautiful shapes ever penned by a designer - although I do love my 3 series ( 2014 328 ) and yes I do and love my 2021 Z4 with the B58 engine - I really do love the 3 series however and sorry- I must go on with my ‘ loving ‘ - I also think the Infiniti q50 is a striking and magnificent design - it doesn’t sell as well but that’s a really good looking vehicle.

I had and have e60 550i , f10 550i currently g30 m550i lci. This new generation is very unpleasantly ugly.

全く最近のエンジン見えると情けなくって涙が出てくる。 ガチガチのボディしたいい車が「ダウンサイジング」とか言って軟弱なターボを誉めそやしてやがる。 アホかおめえら！ そんな小排気量の三気筒みてぇなシリンダーにタービン入れて何が気持ち良いんだ？ 男ならもっとビシッ！と高回転エンジンを回しやがれってんだ！ 俺はその為に毎日10000回転のアクセルのふかしを欠かさない。 「オスッ！オスッ！」と気合を入れながら踏み込む度に菊門にギュッ、と力を込める。　 こうして鍛え抜かれた俺のエンジンは「ダウンサイジング」なんて軟弱なシロモンとは対極を成す、まさに「大排気量NA」だ。 そのあまりの騒音にご近所じゃあ“公害のイチ”って呼ばれてる。 そんな俺だが、俺でさえ抜ける程の逞しい車の持ち主を心待ちにしている。 勿論、最高の騒音を味わいたい命知らずの挑戦も受付中だ！ 毎週金曜25時頃はだいたい大黒のパーキングエリアにいる。178*74*30角刈りにねじり鉢巻がユニフォームだ。 俺の鍛え抜かれたバイパー！抜けるもんなら抜いてみやがれ！！
