Rutgers over is a lock
Rutgers is way too low. A returning top 20 defense, Big Ten's leading returning rusher, and an extremely favorable schedule for a team that finished 7-6 in the Big Ten East. They can win 8 or 9 games this year.

Agreed. Rutgers may surprise this year. No Ohio State, Michigan, etc. Future years schedules may not be as winnable. DM

Indiana definitely with one of the coaching hires of the offseason that’s not being talked about. Think they have potential to hit their over. Penn State is put up or shut up this year. Franklin definitely on the hot seat
Michigan is going to take a major step back
Oregon under, USC over, Minnesota under and I would put money on Indiana hitting the over
Michigan may be a little too high, and same goes for Maryland and Washington. I think that Rutgers might be too low at 5.5 wins. A little surprised to see Minnesota at that low.

I promise no one is actually paying attention to Minnesota. There’s no reason there shouldn’t be sitting at 6/7 wins.
Curious as to why Minnesota would struggle that bad? I look at a top 20 returning production and an overall upgraded roster. The first 4 games are winnable.
Iowa is going to get exposed
Have you looked at Max Brosmer’s PFF grades? He was a 4 star transfer QB. Have you seen 2nd team all Big Ten WR Daniel Jackson play? Do you know who Darius Taylor is? Have you seen what Minnesota is returning on the line of scrimmage? Did you know that Minnesotas new DC runs an almost identical scheme as Joe Rossi? I could go on… My guess you need to do more research, just like everyone else. 4.5 win total is a joke.
