Di, dermaco retinol pe vitamin c bi hei na... how can we use it? We can't use these both together right? And I have one more doubt that I am using pilgrims .5% retinol serum and I just wanna upgrade this ,so which one will be better?

Depends on when your skin develops acceptance to it. If your skin has accepted the cream well, you can move on to the serum.
