Not quite spot-on for a first appearance Batman, but still definitely one the better-looking Batman figures that McFarlane has made.

Say what you want about Mcfarlane, but they went from plastic cape to shitty flimsy cloth cape to good quality wired cape in what, less than 1 year? Todd really delivered on this front.

$22.99 for a nice wired cape! Also, a decent Batman lol. Those capes alone cost near the price of the figure. I’m just happy for the future with cloth capes.

Those gloves look like they're the kind that they use in movies when they light a stuntman on fire. Hope Batman doesn't drop his Batkeys, he's not picking those up with the sausage fingers. These figures look awesome though. Odd they didn't include a trigger hand since Batman's early appearances he definitely used a pistol. Wonder what the odds are of getting a platinum version with my Amazon pre-order for this one or Azrael. Capes on both look awesome. Great couple of figures.

That classic Batman head with the further apart ears would make a perfect JL or Justice League Unlimited Batman.

At least the platinums are actual repaints and not just unpainted figures. This looks like one of the few platinums I would not mind getting, but yeah fingers crossed I get the purple gloves in my preorder.

I would use the extra hands that came with the Riddler for the platinum version of this Batman. Aside from that I like how it does look
