Sir, chetak urban charger is off board which does not required earthing and chetak premium charger required earthing. Why Bajaj again provide on board charger. On board charger can only used at home where earthing arrangement done. So if a premium model scooter battery discharged out side the home then there is only way to take scooter back to home only by tow. But urban model can be charged at any house or shop.

Bajaj suspension is very poor mono suspension one sided suspension is very dangerous during turnings and if pillion moves hands or body this bajaj gets unbalances and falls. No body dare enough to defend on this technical issue,because it is true by 109%> . Othe all scooters r twin suspension on left side and right side which balances the two wheeler during any running status unless he was a poor driver

I owned a Chetak premium 2024, here is my take- Chetak is overpriced, it's switches were not smooth/responsive & Chetak app for tecpec is horrible. I honestly don't recommend tecpec which cost 9k until chetak tends to such issues
