Fun fact it Boise State he had trouble with accuracy. He’s always been a special talent. He just needed to work on that Bobby Petrino it’s so good at developing players, especially quarterbacks

@@GeauxTigers29 Your comment makes so much more sense now that you have confirmed you thought last year's defense was remotely good. Let's walk through it: 52nd in 3rd down conversion %, 54th in 4th down conversion %, 108th in passing yard per completion, 111th in red zone defense, 74th in rushing defense, 77th in scoring defense. The only saving grace of that defense was they were 1st in Defensive Touchdowns, 30th in tackles for loss, and pretty decent on first down. They were not a good defense. We gave up 30+ points 8 of 12 games and 40+ 4 times. And that scoring defense is extremely skewed by that horrendous 7-3 loss vs Miss State. One of the worst football games in college football history. Without that game they aren't 77th, which is bad enough, but well into the 100s. Just no...

@@frank1908 you have to take into account, to some degree, how bad the offense was and the fact that we had so many 3 and out drives. The defense wasn’t great, but I think a tad better than the numbers say.

But this pass in particular is the same play on the 4th and 2 that Petrino called versus LSU in 2010 … the good ole days indeed

LSU fan here! Im not gone lie this Arkansas team has me worried! Green has the same ability as Jayden Daniels an honestly he might be up for the Heisman Race! Agreed on the hammer. I'm not gonna speak on the season itself but I don't know why anyone expects an all out brawl type game for the spring game. The real eye test will be week 2 against OK State. Then we will know really how aggressive both the offense and defense is.

Take it from a BSU fan. Green is special and if your offense of line can hold up. Green will knock the roof off. Keep your fingers crossed!

Nope. They have A LOT of work to do to earn back our respect and trust. This team has given up in way too many games these last two years. Hell, I’ve never played a down of ball in my life but even I coulda showed more fight in the Miss State game last year. I’m sick and tired of fans like you who for whatever reason are too scared to say anything critical about the team. If you’re ok with how crappy we’ve been playing then that’s fine. If you wanna get all your hopes up and predict 7 or 8 or 9 wins then more power to you. But don’t get upset when those of us who are tired of being the joke of the nation speak out. I’m tired of seeing apathetic playing from the team. I’m tired of crappy play calling from the coaches. I’m tired of fans hanging their hats on ANOTHER close loss. I’m tired of moral victories. Sam needs to man up and get pissed and hold these kids more accountable and somehow teach this team how to start to win some of these one possession losses. Believe me. We want to be proven wrong. We want this team to show up and shut us up and show us just how great we KNOW they can be. But until then, they have earned every single bit of crap thrown their way from us. They have lost our trust and respect and support. If they want it back then they’re gonna have to earn it. Not from stupid practices and spring games. Those don’t mean anything. Hell, even during the Chadwick plague, we looked better than 4-20 at practices. They need to earn it back during the games. Stop the stupid mistakes. Stop giving up in the second half. And start acting like you give a damn and actually wanna win the game.

Watch the offense will be a better but the defense will regress. Seems like every year one or the other is terrible and ends up holding us back 😂

This team will be lucky to win 5 games and if they some how get to 6, it’ll be a huge success!! Easy for Green to look good against an Arkansas defense. His numbers against MountainWest competition weren’t great and the SEC is on a completely different level! Every year this team is overhyped and overrated and they continue to disappoint!!

I beat we beat Texas. Arkansas is gonna surprise folks this year. BMFP is BACK!!!!

Everyone already knows by mid season this will be Bobby Petrino’s team. I think they have talent but the SEC is loaded as always. Pittman won’t survive.
