I totally agreed with you 200% about Kaji, most authentic, original omasaka and also reasonable priced JAPANESE owned restaurant. I also takeout from Kaji their sashimi dinner and tuna rolls every week. They are the real thing, not some fancy chop suey Chinese/Korean owned Japanese restaurant. I gave the owner credit for not increasing their prices to $500 like some so-called omasaka restaurant. All the restaurants you refer in this video looks really good. You are only 1 of the 2 food KZreadrs I did not delete. Thanks again for your dedication and efforts.
