If no one else says this. I watched this entire thing. And this means so much. It actually changed my opinion about you in a good way. Because of your previous KZread success, I had actually dismissed you as another guy who had it handed to him. The fact that you did all this to overcome debt is inspirational. I now feel like I can overcome anything, because what you overcame seems unfathomable to me. I appreciate this so much, and you, Denmo.

Lost my uncle, went through the hardest year of nursing school, girlfriend who I wanted to marry left me for another guy, was depressed for most of the year, got rejected by SEVERAL women, and had health issues. Was nothing but a disappointment and pain. BUT! I'm keeping my head up, I'm thankful everyday God had given me air in my lungs, and I fully believe that I will be something one day! For those of you that have also had a bad year, keep your head up and keep going! God's got you ❤

The toughest year for me. Finished school, committed my summer into a pyramid scheme, struggled to find a job. I started my first online business that gave me hope but after 7 successful sales it was taken down due to non existent issues, now I try to come back to the matrix escape plan. I failed once again to meet a potential girlfriend, but since I started watching your videos, I improved a lot on talking to girls. I thought 2023 was going to be THE year. In the end, it was an important lesson. Don't trust all the money gurus, everyone will give you different advices and you will end up being confused and upset, so fuck them and do what your heart says.May the 2024 be our best year to date guys👊👊

Wish I had someone teach me certain things and guide me along the way. You're doing a great service to the guys just coming up and if they take what you say to heart they will be just fine. Respect and all the best for the new year.

There is a very good reason why a very few are successful in business for themselves. It's not meant for everyone. Don't let somebody talk you into doing something you weren't supposed to do just because there's a lot of money in it. Use your brains to make decisions and use your heart to steer you in the right direction.

This has probably been the worst year of my life. Graduated in the winter and can’t get a job due to mass layoffs and hiring freezes. I lost my grandmother to cancer. She was the only grandparent I was close to. Went on dates with 8 women and none of them worked out. Two of them I felt a strong connection to, but I was ultimately rejected. The only upside is I stayed consistent in gym for the whole year, and finally started to feel confident in my body. I don’t know how 2024 will turn out, but it’s hard to believe that it would turn out worse than this year.

To be frank, discovering your channel have been one of the best things I did this year. Your values and ides are so much similar to mine, and you gave me the means to understand them better and to be proactive. When you say that you talk in your videos like if it was to your younger self, that's kinda funny. I actually do the opposite, and feel like my older self is giving me seriously good life tips. I guess you're something like the big bro' I'll never have. Anyway, I'm trying my best to become better socially, I will start working in the computer industry around March 2024, and I'm looking forward to all of it. Sincerely, thank you man. You're great

So much relatable content and truth in this video, was good to hear your take on work/travel as it seems like a popular dream these days. Completely agree with purpose, I keep going back to the 9-5 and I'm not even going to knock it. I work a couple of years till I get bored, take a few months off, then go INSANE with boredom and beg to go back to work... it's MUCH better than nothing. I also agree with: don't quit your day job until your passion starts making money.

I don't normally comment on videos, (or at least not for a long time). I do want to say Denmo, that you have helped me gain confidence in socializing with women, I've got goals for next year because I don't want to end up like certain family members in my life. After watching some of your videos, while they are entertaining, they have genuinely helped me a lot. Today I talked to a girl in my gym on my school campus for college I go to and instead of getting in my head, I just went up to her and chatted for a few minutes and went back to my set. It's not just the girls that you have helped me with, I want to change my life, I know it won't be instant, however, with discipline and hard work I know I can make a difference. I'm going to write a book and a script and see where it goes. I have a lot of aspirations and goals in life that I want to succeed at, and with your long videos and shorter ones, they've helped me a lot. So thank you Denmo, keep doing what you're doing.

I am not someone that needs to pull myself out of a situation at present, but I enjoyed the story nonetheless. By the way, funny content helps people. If you make someone laugh, you made them feel good, and therefore, you helped them, even if it was just temporary.

I found your somewhere between Late 2022 Early 2023. I learned a lot of useful stuff here. Started carrying about my physique. I did all of that because I had my high school exams this year. I had clear vision what i want to do. From January to April everything was going okay, played 0 games, no fap, grey scale, even convinced myfriend to try grayscale mode on his phone. But after the exams i lost my vision. I became lazy, and felt that everything that I accomplished vanished. Now I am studying, moved out from my parents. New possibilities same as new responsibilities. Your channel is a great source, but sometimes I feel like its target audience is so small and specific that I can't clearly understand the situation you are explaining. In 2024 I want to prove that the first 3 months of 2023 weren't only a accident and I can go full year.

2023 was mostly an average year, until September. My girlfriend of 3 years slowly broke up with me while switching me out for another guy. I was destroyed, but two months later and I'm signed up for school, working out, about to pick up another part time job to pay for school, and I'm talking to a girl. Then, right before Christmas, my dog got very sick and died. I watched her take her last breath and buried her. Now my grandpa is in the hospital with failing kidneys. I have learned more and grown more over these last few months than I have in my whole life. There's been a few bad times, and I always got a little better... But this year was the year that destroyed me to my core. I feel like I died, but now I have a second chance at life. A chance to be more of a man and be a good, strong person. I still am dealing with depression, and now thanks to the breakup, some anxiety. Emotionally it's been ridiculous, I never knew I could hurt so much, and I know I didn't do enough in the relationship and I'm doing my best to figure out why that's the case. How can I "open up" more and be a better partner in the future? I'm not really sure yet but I'm learning and trying. Just because I was a failure, sometimes a bad person that hurt people I loved, and generally unhappy to exist doesn't mean I can't change.

Man this is why i love you bro, instead of doing mainstream nofap vids you keep making videos about shiet that isn't really spoken about and are more important although you get less views. Massive fucking respect.

At a young age I could sing very well. My family distilled it in me my singing was one of a kind. Fast-forward to age 30 I'm stuck in a tug a war between myself. One side of me has the core beliefs of being a musician and the other telling me your just another average Joe who needs to get a more practical career. Everyone around me is normal and they think I'm crazy for wanting more. If I stick to my core belief I could end up homeless for a a year or so until I master the craft. If I throw away my core belief I end up having a home and become a product part of society. What a mins f🎉ck but I'm going to listen to the rest of what youve got to say

There is a lesson here. Taking precaution to avoid putting yourself in situations that can cause big losses may be just as important as creating big opportunities. Now I can't say that I have always taken my own advice. My guess is that the two most common setbacks for people are: ()1)Driving while intoxicated or tired (driving tired is just as bad and dangerous as driving drunk), and (2) romantic relationships (e.g. divorce, unplanned pregnancies can cause financial setbacks for years to come).

yo denmo, do you still make music? You've talked about it a lot but never any details. Is that still relevant to you or have you given up on that completely? As a musician myself I'd find a video about that specific topic really interesting!

42:08 oh man i really think if anyone here in brazil could get 5k US Dollars per month they would take it in a heartbeat. Translating from US dollars to real it would turn into basically 25k per year, and the minimum wage here is 1.2k.

I have a KZread channel (to showcase creative projects, not to ramble on about content 2-3 times per week), have narrated audiobooks through ACX, have contributed stock photography and video to several sites. None of it panned out with enough money to live on. I'm making far better money as a security officer.

How can you not explain your 400k debt, all of the "examples" you listed will never lead to a half a million dollar debt. That debt is not common at all.

  • @YerBrwnDogAteMyRabit

    @YerBrwnDogAteMyRabit

I can absolutely back those examples as being VERY real for a lot more people than you'd expect. Go ahead and get a long term chronic illness to the extent that you get put on disability at 60%, or worse yet, lose your job. Then, discover what's NOT covered by your insurance. My wife works with people like this EVERY day. Get outta that bubble you're in if you think 400k isn't realistic or possible, because you're in for one hell of a huge dose of reality if it happens to you, which hopefully, it never will.

Its at some point (80k-100k) not about how much money you make. Instead it is how you are making that money. How much time do you invest and can you do it while sitting at the beach in Thailand. Making 500 000k is worth shit if you have to work to hard for it. I try to do 50 000 after tax and I can do whatever the fuck I want to do. I dont need an expensive car or a house. I can literally go where I want and when I want and do what I want.
