No hate, his falsetto is absolutely solid. But his vocal fry could use a bit of work, honestly. Like it's good, but his vocal fry is not the greatest I've heard and definitely not the greatest falsetto singer than can do vocal fry. But I will admit, that falsetto is CLEAN for someone that does vocal fry. Again, not hating. I can't sing a falsetto that cleanly, but like Johnny Hawkins comes to mind for a singer that can hit that falsetto and has a far wider vocal fry range.

I was there! It was the first esports event I've ever been to. It was fucking great. Totally worth it.

Shout out to all artists and Riot staffs. This is the most epic open ceremony of VCT.

It's crazy how lit riot open ceremonies are compared to my favorite pro esports which was early days Overwatch league and the cringe DJ Khalid ceremony

But its probably just because of the better crowd. I dont think there is an argument about the cs crowd and the hype they bring to every game

@vincent-of7vo League events are way more packed at least from my knowledge like worlds last year filled an entire baseball stadium in Korea. CS crowds be hype too and fr this valo crowd is dead but the actual riot part of the ceremony was cool.

@@WiddlPeppuwu-sx3rx yup, league events are always full. I saw the live performance of warriors once, idk which year it was, but i was surprised, that they filled a whole (football? Cricket?) stadium. The cs crowd being more hyped is probably because cs is a way faster paced game. And the cs pro scene has huge trashtalkers like cadian and apex while the valorant and leagues community is more „respectful“. But the valo pros are probably so „boring“ because of riot and their penalties.

I love Ticking Away but Die For You remains to be such a banger of a song. Best song they’ve released.

Idk bro. I would actually say ticking away is the best so far because although die for you is catchy, it doesn't have that same hype and enthusiasm that a champions song should have. It feels more sad and slow until the end.

This was honestly one of the sickest moments in Valorant history imo. The Kia Forum stage is insanely cool!

I feel like Grabbitz will be for valorant what Imagine Dragons is for League of Legends and I'm here for it, all his songs are bangers!

Same! They absolutely did not have ti go this hard for a gaming tournament, but I'm so happy they did. It was cool to see the performers were Riot fans and actually played the games (but admitted they weren't very good at them lmao)

Bbno$ and Ericdoa are the best parts of this for sure, I loved ONE so much and seeing it live was dope, glad he got that opportunity to be able to perform with such a huge audience watching

This is the best Grand Finals I have ever watched in VCT The amount of chills that I had when watching this ceremony was crazy

ericoda turning around mic into a gun was such a cool transition from him, love that guy

That choreography by bbnomoney was incredible. 11/10 amazing

Better performance then last year. Quality improved

Out of all the live performances in a riot event i think Grabbitz was definitely one of the best

dude the transition into the valorant 2023 theme at 7:07 was so damn epic

after LOL Worlds 2019 opening ceramony , VALORANT Champions 2023 opening ceramony is so good GJ RİOT :)

It really gave me chills when die for you started, and the transition to ticking away was also insane🔥 Grabbitz is sick af💀 W opening ceremony for sure.
